Do you offer Curated Clothing Boxes? No, we do not offer curated clothing boxing. This question is asked a lot which is understandable. Many people would love to hand pick and select the best brands names or only buy certain sizes. Allowing this to happen would destroy the mix for mystery boxes and picture boxes. Making curated boxes would only leave everyone else with the less desirable brand names and sizes. Being offered more money for the top tier clothing brands would still backfire and decrease the value of the clothing that is left over. Offering boxes that are brand specific like Full Pallets of Free People Apparel or Revolve Clothing Boxes would not end well. The customers that received those "Grade A" boxes would love it, however the rest of the customers would not be happy and would lead them to be concerned about cherry picking or selling the good stuff to select people.

How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated on our website based on the box size, box weight, and your zip code.

Where are you located? 8090 Excelsior Blvd. Hopkins, MN 55343 USA. Yes, you can come to our warehouse to pickup boxes and pallets. We are open Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm CST.

Do you offer discounts for volume buying? No, not at this time. We are currently selling single boxes of apparel for the same price as full truckloads of this apparel. I understand this doesn’t make a lot of sense right now but let me explain. When we started JTCAuctions targeting the small business owner that is looking to buy single boxes. We believe there are two approaches in acquiring that new customers and building strong business relationships with them.

Option 1) we could give extreme value to potential customers by offering the same price per piece that we currently sell truckloads at.  So, buying 50 pieces of clothing or 50,000 pieces would be the same cost per unit.

Option 2) Pay Google Advertising, show up in top search results for clothing boxes, and pass those costs down the customer by charging more for our apparel boxes.

I believe with first option we would have more satisfied customers. We would be able to help grow their small business faster and build more loyalty to our business overall. Paying for Google Advertising would be great for sales and we would have more awareness about JTCAuctions but to do this we would have to charge the customer more to pay for all of advertising.  The only way option 1 will work in the long term will be by our customers helping us grow by sharing JTC Auctions with other resellers.   Thank you to everyone who has helped us grown on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or just in everyday conversations.
